External qualifications rarely cover everything in The Scout Response criteria. Nor does the Scout activity badge, Emergency Aid Stage 5. However, rather than repeat the whole Scouting First Response course, you can top-up with additional learning. What this involves will depend on your qualification or badge.

Attend the online instructor led course, 10a part 2 to learn about responding to major illnesses
Choose to either complete the online instructor led course, 10a part 3 to learn more about responding to trauma an injury which will include some duplication but gives you the support of an instructor. Or use our online course to learn about some additional trauma and injuries (SESSION 3) and complete the quiz.
