Exciting New Activities at Buddens

This summer our partners, Scout Adventures, have added some exciting new activities to the Buddens offer ready for the summer season. You can now try stand up paddle boards. We have 12 single person boards, as well as 2 giant boards that fit 6 people each. Great fun for team building, increasing confidence or just splashing around on the lake.

Scout Adventures have worked alongside us to invest in a new climbing tower, the funds of which came from a Legacy received to Dorset County Scouts and will be appropriately identified as The Sanctuary Tower.  This state of the art, 15m high, climbing tower means we can now offer you: abseiling, climbing, crate stacking, leap of faith, Jacobs’s ladder and zip wire.

Sessions of these activities cost £47 for 1.5 hours – maximum group size is 12 young people. Alternatively, include some of these activities in your summer camp programme.

Half-day packages cost £9 per person and include 3 hours of instructed activities. Scout Adventures are also able to offer some evening sessions, so get in touch to find out more about availability and to make a booking. Call 01929 472226 or email buddens@scoutadventures.org.uk
