County Activity Days – BUTCHERS COPPICE EVENT CANCELLED
Dear All.
Please Accept our apologies on behalf of all at Dorset Scouts, but due to an unforeseen circumstance we are no longer able to continue with this event.
The planned Activity Days booked for the Weekend of the 11th and 12th June have now been cancelled due to the following circumstances.
- Lack of Facilities Available to run activities
- Lack of Adult Volunteers to run activities
- Lack of Confirmed Bookings for the Weekend.
Due to this cancellation, all members that originally have booked for the weekend at Butchers Coppice, will now have their booking transferred to the corresponding event at Buddens Farm in September 2022, The cost of all bookings at Buddens will also be reduced by £2 per person to help with any additional cost of transport needed.
Should you have booked on the following dates, this is how your booking will now correspond:
- Booked for Butchers Coppice on 11th June 2022 – Now transferred to Buddens Farm on 17th September 2022.
- Booked for Butchers Coppice on 12th June 2022 – Now transferred to Buddens Farm on 18th September 2022.
