Your membership email
News and updates issued regularly by The Scout Association, usually titled “An update from the Scouts”. It is tailored to your roles as listed on Compass, and your chosen options. New members are opted in.
If you don’t get it, check these on Compass;
- the email address they use on your Personal Details tab. Click edit if its incorrect, correct it, then Save.
- the Communications settings on your Communications tab, you need ‘Membership Email Newsletter’ set to yes. Click edit if it’s not what you want, correct it then Save. This is where you can opt out.
- the Additional Topic settings on your Communications tab, scroll to the bottom to see what says Yes. Click edit if it’s not what you want, correct it then Save.
- If you can’t login to Compass, register for a login
